The album will be released on May 10 2010 in Europe, and a day later on May 11 in North America, via 4AD. The album was produced by the band, along with Peter Katis, who worked with them on ‘Alligator’ and ‘Boxer.’ It was recorded at The National’s own studio in Brooklyn, New York, and at Katis’s studio in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
