Helping launch this new label, DJ Madd is one of the rising stars of dubstep in 2009, with support from a wide range of DJs including Martyn, Skream, Breakage and more. His tune "Someone" rolls out in classic style, relentless bass pressure barrelling away beneath slick drums and soulful topline elements. On the flipside, Breakage strips away all but the bare essentials – using his ‘less is more’ approach to a killer groove from snappy halfstep drums and speaker-busting subterranean bass.
